Refund Policy
ClearID Laboratory LLC

We are committed to providing dependable and professional service. Because many of our services involve appointment scheduling, administrative preparation, specimen collection, mobile dispatch, and third-party coordination, refunds are limited.
1. General Refund Policy
Payments made to ClearID Laboratory LLC are generally non-refundable once an appointment has been scheduled, preparation has begun, a technician has been dispatched, or any portion of the service has been performed. This includes services involving testing collections, fingerprinting, DNA collections, alcohol monitoring technology device services, mobile services, and other related support services.
2. Cancellations
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to cancellation or administrative fees.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of ClearID Laboratory LLC. Requests should be made before the scheduled appointment time whenever possible. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes, mobile service route changes, onsite service adjustments, or appointments that require new scheduling arrangements.
4. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved by ClearID Laboratory LLC, it may be issued as a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Approved refunds may be reduced by administrative fees, travel charges, mobile dispatch costs, or third-party processing fees. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible.
5. No-Show and Client Responsibility
Clients who miss an appointment, arrive late, fail to provide valid identification, fail to provide required paperwork, or are otherwise unprepared for service will not be eligible for a refund. Clients are responsible for confirming the correct service needed before booking.
6. Mobile and On-site Services
Mobile and onsite service fees are non-refundable once travel, dispatch, or scheduling has been arranged. Additional charges may apply if the appointment location changes, wait time is extended, or the appointment must be rescheduled due to client-related issues.
7. Service Issues
If there is a problem with scheduling, billing, or service completion, clients should contact ClearID Laboratory LLC as soon as possible. If we are unable to complete a service due to an issue directly caused by our office, a reschedule, partial refund, or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
8. Policy Changes
ClearID Laboratory LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective once posted on our website.
